Advanced Fabrication for Critical Builds

Overview

Precision Advanced Manufacturing delivers precision metal fabrication and forming built for tight tolerances and consistent production. Our capabilities include sheet metal forming, cutting and bending, supported by CNC laser cutting and press brake forming to produce accurate, repeatable components for demanding applications. In-house tooling and fixturing enable complex geometries while maintaining control over quality and lead time.

We support full part completion through a qualified special processing network, including anodizing, passivation, plating, sandblasting and ultrasonic cleaning. All work is performed under AS9100D, ISO 9001, and NADCAP certified quality systems, ensuring traceability, consistency and production-ready results.

Sheet Metal Fabrication Solutions

Types

Integrated bending, cutting, welding and finishing streamline production from prototype through full-rate builds
  • Metal Forming

Precision Advanced Manufacturing’s CNC brake forming delivers tighter control and consistent quality. Integrated with in-house machining, laser cutting and welding to reduce hand-offs, protect accuracy and ensure repeatable performance for every build. We can accurately form complex features including louvers, dimples, beads and hems. These features are built directly into the material to improve strength, airflow, fit or edge safety while maintaining tight dimensional control across production.

  • Hardware Installation

We provide in-house installation of PEM-style nuts, studs, standoffs and pins, delivering components that are fully prepared for assembly. Integrated hardware installation reduces secondary operations and ensures consistent placement and retention.

  • Welding

Precision’s AWS-certified welders perform MIG, TIG and Stick processes for aluminum, steel and stainless assemblies.

Welding and joining processes are optimized for performance and timelines, ensuring precision and structural integrity. Rigorous inspection and process control ensure repeatable quality across welded assemblies.

  • Engineering Support

Our in-house tooling design and engineering capabilities enable us to support complex formed parts from early design through production. We develop custom tooling and fixtures to ensure accuracy, repeatability and efficient manufacturing for challenging geometries.

We work directly from standard industry file formats, including DWG, DXF, IGES, STEP and SolidWorks, allowing for seamless integration into your existing design and production workflows.
