High-Accuracy Machining

Overview

Precision Advanced Manufacturing delivers tight-tolerance CNC machining including multi-axis milling and turning for complex geometries. AS9100D and ISO 9001 certifications, CMM inspection and disciplined process control strengthen traceability and keep critical schedules on track. Integrated machining, fabrication and welding provide a single source for complex, high-precision builds.

We provide superior quality and value to our partners even on the most complicated projects. Our skilled machinists stay updated with all the latest machining technology and best practices, allowing us to achieve:

  • Tolerances of +/- 0.0005” for concentricity, diameter, and straightness
  • Tolerances of +/- 0.001” on lengths above 24”

Types

Tight-tolerance parts delivered fast
  • Milling

3- and 5-axis CNC milling for complex geometries and tight-tolerance components. Precision Advanced Manufacturing machines intricate features, contoured surfaces and multi-sided parts in a single setup, improving accuracy and reducing cycle time. Our milling processes are built for repeatability, holding tolerances down to ±0.0005″ across critical dimensions for aerospace, defense and high-performance industrial applications.

  • Turning

CNC turning for precision shafts, housings and rotational components requiring strong concentricity and surface finish. Multi-axis and bar-fed turning centers support efficient through automation of high-volume and complex parts, reducing secondary operations and improving consistency. This capability is ideal for components where roundness, diameter control and repeatability are critical to performance.

  • Additional Machining Operations

Sawing, honing and lapping processes complete parts to final specification. These secondary operations ensure tight tolerances, surface finishes and functional requirements are met without additional outsourcing. By keeping these capabilities in-house, Precision reduces lead times, improves quality control and delivers fully finished, ready-to-use components.
